3. FOOD: THE FOOD TAKEN BY STUDENTS ALSO PLAYS A VITAL ROLE IN HELPING THEM TO COME OUT OF THEIR EXAM FEVER. PARENTS ARE ADVICED TO GIVE HEALTHY FOOD WHICH IMPROVES THEIR CHILD’S MEMORY POWER AND KEEP THEM CALM. FOR EXAMPLE, PLEASE AVOID MORE SPICY FOODS THAT TAKES LONGER TIME TO DIGEST OR MAY UPSET STOMACH. YOU CAN SUPPLEMENT WITH NOURISHING NATURAL JUICES, NUTS (LIKE CHICK PEAS OR GROUND NUTS OS ALMONDS OR WALL NUTS), GREEN VEGETABLES/ GREEN LEAVES THAT ENHANCE THEIR CONCENTRATION.

4. CLOTHES: YES. CLOTHES WORN BY STUDENTS DURING PREPARING EXAM TIMES ARE ALSO IMPORTANT. WEAR COTTON CLOTHES , SO THEY FEEL COMFORTABLE. SAME TIME, NIGHT SUITS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED OR CAN BE AVOIDED AS THEY MAY MAKE THE STUDENT TO DIVERT CONCENTRATION TO SLEEP RATHER THAN FOCUSSING ON STUDIES AND MAY GIVE DROWSYNESS OR LAZINESS. IT IS PURELY BY OBSERVATION, YOU CAN FIND THIS AS A SOLUTION TO BETTER CONCENTRATION. DOES IT MAKE SENSE?

YES. SO CLOTHES ARE IMPORTANT!

5. ENTERTAINMENT:IS ENTERTAINMENT IS NECESSARY FOR A STUDENT DURING EXAMS?

MOST COMMONLY, WE SEE PARENTS STOPPING THE STUDENT FROM WATCHING TV OR MOBILE PHONES OR PLAYING GAMES DURING EXAM TIMES. I KNOW WE ALL AGREE WITH THIS. BUT EVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT, “THIS IS WHAT ADDS TO ONE MORE HATREDNESS TOWARDS EXAMS”

THIS MAKES THE CHILD UNHAPPY AND HE OR SHE IS WORRIED ABOUT IT. SO, WHAT TO DO?

MY SUGGESTION IS NOT TO GIVE SUCH DIVERSIONS “BUT” ALLOW THEM TO HAVE A WALK OR LISTEN TO THE MUSIC OR PLAY FOR SOMETIME TO REFRESH THEMSELVES, SO AS TO KEEP THEM HAPPY TO PAY ATTENTION TO STUDY AND MOVE ON..

SO, BY FOLLOWING THE ABOVE FIVE WAYS, ONE CAN ELIMINATE EXAM FEVER AND PREPARE WELL AND BE SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR EXAMS.
